Are we the generation that cost us our freedoms?

There is an old adage that if you want to boil a frog, you must put them in cool water and slowly turn up the heat.

You know where I'm headed with this analogy. We are the frogs. The heat has been turned up and our Constitutional rights are being boiled.

This year, under the guise of public health, our federal and state governments have started attacking our Constitutional rights. They use words like executive orderrestrictions and mandates to make us wear masks wherever we go and sit or stand 6 feet apart. These guidelines for the greater good were used to shut down churches, schools, and businesses. Recently, we've been told that we need to cancel meeting with family on the holidays.

Big Tech (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) has effectively taken away our right to free speech by censoring and blocking any content that goes against the messaging they support. The news media has selectively decided to only cover stories they determine is important and slanting other news stories they cover.

The next move will likely be to require proof of a Covid vaccine before allowing you to shop in person, go to school, travel or possibly even walk in a park. While that particular edict may not come directly from the government, big corporations will enact the policy, and the government will tell us that corporations are "free" to do business however they see fit.

They have now used all of these mechanisms to alter the outcome of a presidential election.


And don't think the 2nd Amendment isn't on the table. They have been slowly chipping away at it and will continue. The ATF is redefining what constitutes a pistol. Biden plans to move ARs and magazines to be covered by the National Firearm Act. Kamala wants to use executive orders to institute gun confiscation programs.

Regardless of the outcome of this election, we have to stay diligent and continue our fight to protect the 2nd Amendment and the rest of the Constitution.

We are less than a generation away from losing our freedom.
