With the installation of the Biden regime this week, it is now time to get back to work defending our liberty. There are several new pieces of legislation being advanced to help protect our 2nd Amendment rights. Two Texas State Representatives have proposed two very similar laws to make Texas a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary state. Rep. Steve Toth’s (R-The Woodlands) House Bill (HB) 112 and Rep. Ben Leman’s (R-Anderson) HB 919 — would prohibit law enforcement from enforcing federal measure “that purports to regulate a firearm, a firearm accessory, or firearm ammunition if the statute, order, rule, or regulation imposes a prohibition, restriction, or other regulation, such as a capacity or size limitation, a registration requirement, or a background check, that does not exist under the laws of this state.” I encourage everyone to contact your state representatives and tell them to support these bills. You can go here to find out who represents you. Missouri and Arizona have both introduced similar bills as well. Missouri's SB 39. This act declares that it is the duty of the courts and law enforcement agencies to protect the rights of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. And under this act, no public officer, state or local employee has the authority to enforce firearms laws declared invalid by the act. The Arizona Second Amendment Firearm Freedoms Act bans the use of local resources from enforcing any federal law or executive rule that could be seen as running afoul the constitutional right to bear arms. Tech Update Alternative social media sites like Gab and Clouthub have been growing substantially since the de-platforming of Parler. Also, Parler is getting closer to being back online with their CEO stating they will be back by February. I am in the process of moving my website off of GoDaddy and it should be completed by end of the month. Also, follow my channel on Telegram - https://t.me/live_2_shoot |
