What a week. And just when we thought nothing could top what happened on Wednesday at the Capitol, the Left makes some bold moves to censor their opposition. It started by Twitter first suspending President Trump's account and eventually deleting it along with many other conservative accounts. Facebook and Instagram soon followed suit. In addition, Google and Apple have removed the Parler (alternative to Twitter) app from the Google Play and Apple stores. Sunday morning, Amazon shut down all of Parler's servers. YouTube banned Steve Bannon, and the CEO of Mozilla said more needs to happen than just de-platforming. This is the largest single attack on American's free speech and is an attempt to silence and effectively remove half the country from public discourse. Twitter claims that Trump calling his followers "American Patriots" with a "loud voice" is a potential threat to the country. They hate us and are going to do anything to control us including taking away our 2nd Amendment rights. They have called for a "cleansing" of all Trump supporters. Also, Senator Durbin (D-IL) is reintroducing his domestic terrorism bill focusing on right wing groups. They will not stop until they have silenced us, disarmed us and "re -educated" us. We tell our sons that we are not going to be a "Why me?" family, but one who instead asks "What now?" So, what now? We are praying for wisdom to know what to do.
