The Cost of Joe Biden's Gun Policy - $3.6 Billion

We are only eight days away from the election, and it is crucial to get the word out about what Joe Biden intends to do regarding our 2nd Amendment Rights.

None of the debates addressed the 2nd Amendment, and I believe this is the mainstream media protecting Joe Biden because they know gun control doesn't sell to middle America.

First, Joe Biden and the Left plan on eliminating our 2nd Amendment Right.

  • They will ban the purchase of "assault weapons."
  • They will decimate the retail gun industry by eliminating the online sale of guns and limiting the purchase of guns to one per month.
  • They will cause most manufacturers to go out of business by eliminating their protection from frivolous non-product liability lawsuits.
  • They will tax gun owners for their current firearms and magazines.

Let's discuss the last point. Biden plans to regulate existing "assault weapons" and "high capacity" magazines under the National Firearms Act. This will require owners to register their existing firearms and magazines and pay a $200 tax per firearm or magazine. If you fail to register and turn in your firearm, you will become a felon.

As an FFL in Texas, I have a sense of firearm ownership, and I would say it would not be unreasonable for the average owner to possess 6 "assault weapons" and 20 high capacity rifle and pistol magazines. This means a person could incur a tax of $5,200. I also know many people that will be 10 times this number.

Joe Biden is going to destroy our rights and the gun industry.

Please vote against Joe Biden and encourage anyone you know who values our 2nd Amendment rights that they need to vote that way as well.

Joe Biden Finally Does a Public Event — But Then Immediately Regrets It

What's Happening

Symposium: Barrett’s history-first approach to the Second Amendment

In her dissent, Barrett sided with Kanter. She suggested that, when assessing the constitutionality of gun restrictions, courts should look to “history and tradition” to see whether there is a historical precedent for the restriction at issue. Under that test, only restrictions with historical analogues would be upheld as permissible under the Second Amendment.

Biden’s gun agenda could cost AR-15 owners $3.6 billion in taxes on firearms they already own

Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s proposed gun control policy includes a provision that could require every AR-15 rifle be registered under the National Firearms Act of 1934. Unless there were some form of carve-out, this could mandate that American gun owners pay a $200 federal tax per AR-15 that they own.

Gun Control May be Wasting Away, But Not Because of COVID

A recent article on a gun control news site laments that the COVID-19 pandemic has thwarted ballot initiatives to expand gun bans and restrictions. Initiatives in Florida, Oklahoma, Ohio and Oregon have stalled, allegedly due to the difficulty in collecting signatures. “Without the pandemic, we certainly would have been able to collect the signatures that we needed,” says a supporter of the Oregon initiatives.recent article

There Were No Second Amendment Questions In Any Of The Presidential Debates

There were no questions about the Second Amendment in the 2020 presidential debates or the vice presidential debate, despite record gun sales in the U.S.
