Protecting our 2A Rights - Issue 3

As we are ringing in a new year and a new decade, I can't help but think about how important this upcoming year and election is to our 2nd Amendment rights and, more importantly, our country.  This newsletter highlights some recent stories where the Left is doing whatever they can to infringe on our 2nd Amendment.  The 6 seconds in Fort Worth demonstrates how important those rights are.  Please feel free to forward this email or send others the link to subscribe.

What's Happening California Approves Semi-Automatic Rifle Rationing Bill One of the broadest gun control measures signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom this year will prevent Californians from buying more than one semi-automatic rifle per month, and raise the minimum age to purchase a high-powered rifle to 21. Virginia Governor Northam Increases Corrections Budget In Anticipation Of Jailing Gun Owners Two hundred and fifty thousand dollars is appropriated to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund in order to provide for the “increase in the operating cost of adult correctional facilities resulting from the enactment” of Northam’s gun control measures. Biden Called Law Allowing Armed Volunteers in TX Churches ‘Irrational’ Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden attacked Texas Governor Greg Abbott earlier this year for signing a bill into law that allowed lawful gun owners to carry firearms in places of worship, repeatedly calling Abbott’s decision “irrational.” The Good News

The 2A Sanctuary Movement Is Using The Left’s Playbook, And They Can’t Stand It Managing Director of Litigation and National Enforcement Policy for the Bloomberg funded Everytown for Gun Safety and Moms Demand Action, Eric Tirschwell, told Virginia television station WHSV that the movement is dangerous.
